nope can't spin. I went to the Knit One convention in Oakland. It was a bit on the quiet side, but Lisa Souza was there and I bought some sock yarn in Printemps. Yummy. And someone tried to teach me how to spin my own yarn with a drop spindle, but I'm hopeless at it. Never have I been so bad at something on a first try. And don't think that I have given up on the second. I've read directions on the web, I've watched video on the web and all I get is long strands of unspun wool.
